Digital Product & Service Delivery Policy
As a provider of digital consulting services and resources, we do not ship physical goods. All of our offerings are delivered electronically.

Video Conferencing: Consulting and coaching sessions are delivered virtually via scheduled video conference calls (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). Scheduling details will be confirmed via email.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Immediate Downloads: For self-paced courses and downloadable guides, access is typically granted immediately upon successful payment processing. An email with access details will follow within minutes.

Scheduled Services (Consulting/Coaching):

Initial booking confirmation and a link to schedule your first session will be sent within 1 business hour of purchase.

The service itself is delivered according to the date and time you select in the scheduling tool.

Custom Deliverables (Reports/Strategies): Delivery timelines for custom-developed materials will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or proposal, typically ranging from 1 to 10 business days after the initial discovery phase, depending on complexity. You will be kept updated on the progress via email.
3. Access and Technical Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet access to receive and utilize the digital products (e.g., a modern web browser, PDF reader, and stable internet for video calls).

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on cancellations and returns, as standard physical shipping return policies do not apply to digital goods and services.
